Marinated Bison Tenderloin

Bison Tenderloin Marinade

I don’t know about you, but when I see something that says Wild Game Large Game Marinade on the bottle and features a photo of Bull Elk, I know I have to give it a try. This post doesn’t feature a recipe but instead features a product that I recently came across and wanted to share with other wild game cooking enthusiasts.

Local Legends out of Gridley, California has developed a small product line of exceptional marinades along with a dry rub seasoning blend specifically for wild game and waterfowl. The Large Game Marinade is packed full of a flavorful blend of soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, garlic, rosemary and other seasonings. I absolutely loved it and used it on a large slice of my bison tenderloin, featured below. The only additional seasoning I added, was some finishing salt after I sliced the tenderloin. Grilled to perfection on my new Watchman Stove.

I highly recommend trying these marinades if you have an opportunity… Kristy (By the way, this is not a paid advertisement. Just my honest review.)

The Watchman Stove is made by hand with pride in the USA by people who care about what they do. Just one of many reasons why I enjoy supporting and using this quality product for our outdoor cooking.
