The Fowl Life Stir Fry


Ingredients

  • Worcestershire sauce (WUUS-tər-sheer)
  • Soy sauce
  • Sweet sour
  • salt and pepper
  • Crushed red pepper (a pinch)
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Diced garlic
  • Brown sugar
  • Mixed peas and carrots and cauliflower and water chestnuts
  • Duck breast
  • Cooked rice or asian noodles

Directions

Slice duck breast into thin and small pieces. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan and add garlic, cooking until browned. Add duck meat to pan cooking quickly. Add all above sauces and stir. Add vegetables to pan and steam. Season with brown sugar, salt, pepper and crushed red pepper. Reduce heat and add cooked rice or noodles to pan mixing everything together. Remove from heat and empty into a large serving bowl.


Cream Cheese & Jalapeño Stuffed Duck Breast


Ingredients

  • Filet duck breast
  • Block of cream cheese
  • Jalapeno Peppers
  • Cajun Seasoning
  • Bacon
  • Italian Dressing

Directions

  1. Marinate the duck breast filets in italian dressing overnight in the refrigerator
  2. Prepare the breast filets by butterflying each
  3. Place a slice of the cream cheese and a slice of the jalapeño inside breast filet
  4. Wrap each filet in bacon
  5. Apply cajun seasoning to entire filet liberally
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste
  7. Cook on hot grill at 450 as Christian says “As rare as you can stand”.  (Bacon must be done)

Dutchman Teal Breasts (Works GREAT with doves too!)


Ingredients

  • Entire Teal Breast
  • Sauerkraut
  • Bacon
  • Italian Dressing

Directions

  1. Marinate the duck breast in italian dressing overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Prepare the breast filets by making a slice on either side of the keel the entire length of the breast
  3. Get “a pinch” of kraut and stuff it in the slit on either side of the breast
  4. Wrap each breast in bacon
  5. Apply cajun seasoning to entire breast liberally
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste
  7. Cook on hot grill at 450
