A simple wet marinade for Venison Steaks that adds a slight tang to each bite without overpowering the flavor of the meat. Perfect to use for grilled wild game steaks.
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons stone ground mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, roughly chopped
In a bowl, combine and mix all ingredients. Marinate steaks in mustard marinade for an hour or overnight before grilling.
